Our Return & Exchange Process

  • Item is in original, saleable condition
  • All tags are attached and packaging is intact
  • No signs of use, washing, or damage
  • Within 15 days of delivery

Step 3: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Further guidance if needed

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Once authorized, please:

  • Package items securely in original packaging
  • Include the return authorization number inside the package
  • Ship to our returns center at:

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety standards, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Buckwheat Pillows – Due to potential allergen concerns and hygiene reasons
  • Herbal Pillows – As the herbal contents cannot be properly sanitized for resale
  • Memory Foam Pillows – Once removed from vacuum packaging, they cannot be restored to original condition
  • Any items without original tags or packaging
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas and select Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
