Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Review Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure your item meets these criteria:
- Item is in original, saleable condition
- All tags are attached and packaging is intact
- No signs of use, washing, or damage
- Within 15 days of delivery
Step 2: Submit Your Return Request

Step 3: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return Authorization Number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Further guidance if needed
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, please:
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include the return authorization number inside the package
- Ship to our returns center at: 754 Chapmans Lane, Albuquerque, US 87107
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health and safety standards, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Buckwheat Pillows – Due to potential allergen concerns and hygiene reasons
- Herbal Pillows – As the herbal contents cannot be properly sanitized for resale
- Memory Foam Pillows – Once removed from vacuum packaging, they cannot be restored to original condition
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some remote areas and select Asian regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
